Why pray for China?
We believe that pray is not a secondary activity, but a primary one. In prayer, we encounter the king of the universe. As the Chinese church experiences increased pressure and persecution, they are asking for the global church to pray for them, that they would cling to Christ first and foremost.
Why pray the Psalms?
This format was inspired by our Chinese brothers and sisters themselves, who are increasingly clinging to the reality of Christ’s ascension and kingship as revealed in Scripture. In the Psalms, we find Spirit-breathed prayers for every aspect of life. We want to encounter the risen king in the Psalms with them so that we can better pray for them.
