This Week's Prayer Guide

Aug 25 - This week pray for “Emmanuel Presbyterian Church,” a multisite church of mostly students in the city of Chongqing.

Aug 26 - Praise God for Emmanuel’s ministry among the students in Chongqing. Pray that more of the educated class will come to faith & in turn impact the city.

Aug 27 - Emmanuel struggles w/ high ministry staff turnover because many of them are students. Ask God to provide permanent workers & the stability necessary for growth.

Aug 28 - Pray for Emmanuel’s 3 worship locations. Ask God to empower & equip the church to reach a greater diversity of people in their local communities.

Aug 29 - Two of Emmanuel’s three full-time preachers have committed to seminary studies. Ask God to bless their efforts & grow both their knowledge & faith in him.

Aug 30 - Pray God will bless Emmanuel financially & provide them with resources to better support their preachers & develop their ministries.

Aug 31 - May Emmanuel Presbyterian Church in Chongqing be a community that testifies to the power of resurrection & the living hope we have in Christ, all to his glory.
